「ランチ」の通称で親しまれているデニムを中心としたカジュアルウェアと日用雑貨のお店は、4半世紀をかけて代官山で育ったお店の代表格といってよい。早朝、お店の人が周辺を掃除するなど地域に深くとけこみ、またフリースペースの椅子で一服している人も見かけられる。

2008年には有機素材を使ったパン屋「ロータス・バゲット」も同じ旧山手通り沿いにオープンし、人気を博している。
