NTTの猿楽町社宅跡地は、閑静な住宅街の一角にあり、代官山駅から都立一商に向かうバス（ハチ公バス）通りに面している。かつて多くの住民を擁していたこの場所のフェンスが、アート作品の支持体として提供されることによって、ひきつづき地域のコミュニケーションの場となりうるだろう。

範囲：　敷地を囲む金属および白色の万能鋼板（仮囲い）。　
　　　　ただしゲート、既存のサイン掲示部分（以下の写真を参照）を除く。

NTT property which used to house the company’s apartment is located in the quiet residential area of Daikanyama. It is on the bus route from Daikanyama Station to Shibuya Station. Long white fence surrounding the property is offered by NTT as installation site, which will be the new site for communication between residents and visitors.

Steel fence (both in metallic color and white color) around the property. One must not obstruct the gate nor the sign provided. (Please refer to the photo below)
Restriction: Since the street is narrow and very busy, one must assure the safety of both pedestrians and cars.

	全長約300メートルに及ぶフェンスのうち、都立一商に近い敷地部分を囲むフェンス約200メートル（以下写真参照）は、比較的低位置にある。 Among the three hundreds-meter-long fence, the part next to Tokyo Metropolitan Commercial High School (200m long) is relatively situated in lower level: it is easier to install the artwork onto the fence in this area.
