中目黒駅は東横線渋谷駅から特急でひとつめの駅で、東京メトロ日比谷線とあわせて終日乗降客と乗り換え客が絶えない賑やかな駅である。隣の代官山駅とは徒歩でも10分足らずの距離に位置する。
今回はエリア内にある代官山駅および中目黒駅ふたつの駅をスポットとする。これら両駅を使用する作品を提案してもよい。

範囲：Q-1　北側入り口周辺および壁面
　　　Q-2　南側入り口周辺および壁面
　　　Q-3　改札口コンコース壁面
注意点：�@利用者および車両運行の安全を確保し、乗降客の妨げにならないこと。
　　　　�A駅が改修工事中のため、プラン入選後にインスタレーションの範囲等を一部変更依頼することがある。その場合は東急電鉄および事務局と協議して実現可能なプランの調整に努めること。

The Nakameguro Station of the Tokyu-Toyoko Line is located just one stop on the express from Shibuya Station, and number of passengers and those in transit use this station every day. It is also only 10 minutes on foot away from the next station of Daikanyama. In 2009, both Stations, Daikanyama and Nakamegurin the same area are sited for installation. One can use the two stations in a same proposal.

Area: Q-1 North entrance and the walls
　　　Q-2 South entrance and the walls
　　　Q-3 Walls in the concourse-space

Restrictions: �@Be sure to assure the safety of the passengers and the operation of the trains. Do not obstruct any passenger.
�AOngoing construction for the station might cause partial modification of the area, which might be provided after the selection of the proposals. In that case, applicant must coordinate his plan in order to realize his proposal.>
