公募スポット（AからT）以外の場所でも、応募者が発見して作品を設置したいというスポットがあれば、以下の要件を満たした上で応募することができる。

範囲：公募スポット地図のエリア内であり、公共の妨げおよび近隣の迷惑にならない場所。路、橋など公共施設は除く。
注意点：
�@場所の詳しい位置と、応募者の責任の下に撮影した写真を添付すること
�A 場所の使用許可は、応募後に事務局が交渉するので、応募者自身は交渉を行なわないこと

One can propose a site, besides sites A - T above, for one’s artwork and apply for its use.

Area: The free sites should be within the area on the map.
Restrictions: The free sites must not disturb the privacy or public interests of the community. The free sites cannot be or include public facilities such as roads or bridges.
To apply: One must present the exact location of the chosen site accompanied by a photo of the site. One must not negotiate the use of sites directly with owners; this will be executed by the Committee.
