1991……Coordinated to send "Art against Apartheid" to Korea (Seoul Art Center) at the request of Cultural Foundation against Apartheid, Paris. Established 'Arcology Japan International' an organization to support the architect Paolo Soleri's ecological city project "Arcosanti" in Arizona. Art Competition for the urban redevelopment at the former Tachikawa base site (1st prize)
