Faret Tachikawa is a redevelopment at the former US base site. 92 artists from 36 countries were commissioned to create works of art at a 6ha district. The artists turned urban functions (vents, benches, signs, etc.) into works of art, which have created circulation and liveliness throughout the newly built town
