How Art Festivals Can Transform Regions into Vibrant Hubs of Tourism and Creativity
The World Bank is planning a project to support developing countries using the methodologies devised by “Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale.” Fram Kitagawa will present the various practices and methodologies implemented over the past 20 years under the title “Art Opens Up Local Possibilities,” and will discuss the possibility of regional development in Sri Lanka to which the methodologies are to be applied.
